Dear volunteers and companies,
This year I am once again committed to Actie Klaasje, edition 2023. And this year we are going bigger than ever. Because it is necessary - I will tell you more about that below!
WHAT IS ACTIE KLAASJE?
Every year, Actie Klaasje ensures that children who live in a difficult situation receive a Sinterklaas present on December 5, because unfortunately, this is not for granted for all children. Together we give presents to children in an AZC and a family-shelter.
Doing this has been so incredibly valuable in the past years, and results in smiles on many faces! But this cannot be achieved without your help, so my question is: will you help me?
ACTIE KLAASJE 2023 - THE AMSTERDAM EDITION:
With all the tragedy going on in the world and people fleeing, the asylum seekers' centers are overcrowded and literally shorthanded. Necessity takes priority these days, so the fun things fade into the background.
That is why I am going to help the AZC in Amsterdam this year to give the children an unforgettable Sinterklaas party. I am raising money for a gift for every child, but I would also like to appeal to organizations and people who would like to contribute to the Sinterklaas celebration: a small gesture can make all the difference!
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Either you donate 10 euros through the GoFundMe and I will provide a gift on your behalf. I buy it based on the wish list and pack it for the children. I will personally deliver it to the children in the family-Shelter, or hand it over to the children during the Sinterklaas party at AZC Amsterdam. Of course you can also participate for multiple children. Know that every cent of your donation will be well spent, word of honor!
AND: as an organization you can also contribute. Especially for the Sinterklaas party, I could use some help and donation of goods to make it an unforgettable event!
