Project leader/team leader Communications and Marketing

Re-Boost is looking for a Project Leader/Team Leader Communications and Marketing to strengthen our team!

Stichting Re-Boost supports young adults between the ages of 17 and 35, mainly from Amsterdam Zuidoost, who are stuck in their personal and social development. Our intensive programs help them increase their self-confidence and resilience, so that they can participate independently in society again. To further expand our impact, we are looking for a driven Project Leader/Team Leader Communication and Marketing.

What are you going to do?

As Project Leader/Team Leader Communication and Marketing, you are responsible for developing and executing Re-Boost's communication and marketing strategy. You will lead a small team and ensure that our message is clearly communicated to our target group and partners. Specifically, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• Developing marketing and communication strategies
• Managing our social media channels and website
• Designing promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters and brochures
• Coordinating marketing campaigns and press releases

Leading the communications and marketing team

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in communications and/or marketing
• You are creative and can independently develop marketing strategies
• You have experience in managing a small team
• You are able to reach our target group effectively through various channels
• You are available for 8 hours per week, on a voluntary basis with the prospect of compensation after a period to be determined
