Administration volunteer Re-boost (Physically in Team)

A volunteer who works for a period of 3 months and is involved in digitizing the administration. Someone who has organizational knowledge and can work with programs such as Excel & Google Workspace such as drive and forms etc.

The biggest main task is to convert all administration into one domain and generate limited access for the different employees within the organization.

Key elements:

• We want to switch to a Google Workspace, this has to be requested again and otherwise there must be a general private account that everyone has access to.
• Create Google forms for registration of participants. Inflow and outflow, phases, addresses (this is then automatically converted to an Excel file)
• Digitization of physical files (without the extremely sensitive information regarding privacy)
• Create mail group with all participants
• Archiving Google Drive
• Explain calendar update & create googlemeetings
• Create a general Re-Boost agenda/calendar that everyone has access to so that everyone is aware of all events, activities and events in and around Re-Boost
• Drafting forms (evaluation form, phasing form, etc)
