About the Fearless 5k
A fun and welcoming 5K that everyone can do at their own pace. It’s our one and only major fundraising event each year, and our biggest community event. So all ages and all genders can feel the Fearless community spirit, support us and spread the word!
In 2024, 375 people 5K-ed with us in Amsterdam and virtually around the world, raising €13k+ from entry fees. These funds help cover the vital costs of running our after-school courses that — from Skateboarding to Entrepreneurship — let kids learn new skills, build confidence and be comfortably themselves. Shaping Fearless futures in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and beyond.
What we need
We're looking for help for our Fearless 5k in 2025! We've worked with companies such as the Athlete's Foot, Nike and Stryker - Are you the next volunteer we're looking for?
Come help us for one (or all!) of these opportunities:
(1) Runner's Pack Help
When: 1 day between 1 - 10 October
What: Do you have extra space at your team's location? Keen to help us efficiently put together a runner's pack? We're looking for a place and extra assistants to assist us in packing our runner's bib, shirt, goodies and more! This can be a team of 4 to 7 people.
(2) On-the-day Helping Hands
When: 12 October, 07:30 - 12:00
Where: Het Amsterdamse Bos
What: We're looking for volunteers to help us prep our 5k race course: set up the course, tables, snacks for runners and more! You'll also help us make packing up at the end of the race quick and smooth. Led by our Events Manager, volunteers gather at 07:30 to make our 09:00 race an incredible celebration. We're looking for about 10 people.
(3) Run with us
When: 12 October, 09:00
Where: Het Amsterdamse Bos
What: 375 runners joined our Fearless 5K in 2024, and we’d love to have an even bigger turnout next year! You can both volunteer and run with us.
Our standard entry fee is €25 per person, but we have multiple company sponsorship options. Contact us to chat more!
