Impact reporting for organisations

Why and how does it work?

Visibility

All hours worked are linked to your organization profile. If you share that you are making an impact, you will inspire new volunteers to join too!

Measurability

You can use the activity reporting for accountability and to raise new funds. In this way, your impact as an organization counts double!

Reporting

You can create activity reports for all confirmed applications via your activity pages. See the video above.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can create activity reports?

If an activity has an end date, the system will automatically create an activity report for all registrations that are on match. If an activity has no end date, the contact person / organization manager can create the activity reports themselves by clicking on a button. A user can also create activity reports themselves and link them to an activity of your organization. In that case you will receive a message.

Do I have to manually confirm all activity reports?

Yes, at this time there is no option to bulk confirm activity reports.

Does the user receive a message upon confirmation/rejection?

The moment you confirm the number of hours worked, the user will be notified. A user is not automatically notified of a rejection.

Should an activity report always be linked to an activity on the platform?

Yes, an activity report must always be linked to an activity of your organization. You cannot report user hours if they are not linked to an activity.

Can I add documents to an activity report?

Yes, that's possible. In this way you can, for example, share a photo or a certificate with the user.

Can I adjust an activity report afterwards?

Of course. You can adjust the report by clicking on 'Detail' in the 'Impact' column.
