Impact reporting for employees

Why and how does it work?

Visibility

All the hours you work are linked to your profile. When you share that you are making an impact, you inspire others to do the same!

Measurability

Organizations and companies use your activity reporting for accountability and to raise new funds. So your impact counts double!

Reporting

You can report your hours via your profile by adding an activity. The video above explains exactly how this works.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do the symbols behind the title of my activity mean?

The yellow question mark means that an activity has not yet been confirmed. The green check mark means that the organizer has confirmed your activity. Only the number of confirmed hours counts towards the total number of hours you have made an impact.

Should an activity report always be linked to an activity on the platform?

No, you can also report your own activity. If that activity is not linked to an organization registered on the platform, no one can confirm your activity and a yellow question mark will remain behind it. Meanig the hours will not be included in your total impact hour overview.

Can I add documents to an activity report?

Yes, that's possible. For example, sometimes an organization or a school expects a contract to be added.

Can I adjust an activity report afterwards?

Of course. If you click on the pencil symbol behind the activity you can make adjustments. If you change the number of hours, the organizer will be notified and will have to confirm this again.

You can delete an activity report by clicking on the red trash can behind it.
